This is the first phone report that we can actually hearDownload richard_part_3.mp3 . Richard is currently in Kansas and giving a ride to Bill and Cindy veterans of the Gumball 3000, Bullrun and Players Run. Unfortunately, I believe Bill may have had an issue with the salt flats and his Lambo in last years Bullrun.
